Acceptance of terms

By using the AttoLabs app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must have reached the legal age in your country of residence and be located in a region where the service is available.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is allowed per person; duplicate accounts may result in disqualification.

Acceptable conduct

Cheating, using automated tools, attempting to manipulate results, or impersonating others is prohibited. We may suspend or remove any account that breaches this and withhold any associated prizes.

Contests and prizes

Every contest and its prizes are governed by the Contest Rules, which form part of these terms. AttoLabs Ltd is the sole sponsor of the contests.

Intellectual property

All app content, questions, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to AttoLabs Ltd and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability does not exceed the limit permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
