Delete your account

You can delete your Layali Trivia account and associated data at any time, either from within the app or by sending us a request — you do not need to reinstall the app to do so.

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Layali app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Edit profile.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and you are signed out.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@attolabs.dev from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name and photo) and login/account.
  • Your wallet balance and transaction history.
  • Your gameplay records (answers and contest participation).

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records that we are legally required to retain — for example, prize payout and financial records needed for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud compliance. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
